Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GoAutoSiteAI, operated by Nahid Reza, based in Bangladesh. By creating an account or using our plugins, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GoAutoSiteAI provides WordPress plugins (Blog, Coupon, Affiliate, AdSense, and Health suites) that generate and publish content to your own WordPress site using credits tied to your account’s plan. Plans range from a limited Free tier to paid plans billed monthly or yearly (Starter, Professional, Growth, Agency).

2. Accounts and Credits

Free, Starter and Professional plans can be used on one WordPress site at a time, Growth on up to 3 sites and Agency on up to 10 sites. Your API token locks to the sites it is first used on. You can remove a site from your dashboard to free its place, but to stop token sharing each account can connect only a limited number of different sites in any 30 days (your plan's sites plus 1 change on Free, Starter and Professional, 2 on Growth and 3 on Agency). Sharing, lending or reselling your token or plan is not allowed: an account used from many unrelated servers may be paused for review, and repeated abuse can end the account without refund. Free credits can be used once per website. Each paid plan gives you its credits every month (yearly plans: every 30 days). Credits you do not use roll over to the next month once, up to one month's worth of your plan's credits; rolled-over credits are used first and do not roll over again. If a paid plan ends and is not renewed, its unused credits end with it. Free-plan credits are given once and do not refill. We reserve the right to limit or decline Free-plan signups that we reasonably believe are being used to abuse free credits (for example, repeated signups from the same network or disposable email addresses).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our plugin code or service; share your API token across multiple sites or accounts; use the service to generate illegal, infringing, or deceptive content; or attempt to circumvent credit limits, site-locking, or other technical safeguards. Our plugins are licensed, not sold — see the copyright notice included in each plugin for details.

4. Payments

Customers outside Bangladesh pay in US dollars by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our payment partner, Polar (Polar Software, Inc., polar.sh, acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record for these orders). Customers in Bangladesh pay in Taka with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a local debit/credit card through our payment partner, SSLCOMMERZ. Every payment, in US dollars or Taka, covers one billing period (one month or one year) and never renews automatically; we email a reminder before it ends. Both are automatic: your plan is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed. We do not accept manual or Send Money payments. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Content You Generate

You are responsible for the accuracy of facts you enter (offer details, vendor claims, pricing) and for how generated content is used on your site. AI-generated text may contain errors; please review content before relying on it, particularly for affiliate offers, pricing, and legal claims.

6. Social Media Auto-Posting

Our Bonus Tools can share your new articles to the Facebook Page, Instagram account or Pinterest board that you connect yourself. When you use these tools:

  • You may only connect Pages and accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
  • You must follow the rules of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Pinterest, including their terms, community standards and branded-content rules.
  • No spam: do not use the tools to mass-post repetitive, misleading or low-quality content.
  • No false or harmful claims, for example health or medical promises such as “cures” or “guaranteed results”, or misleading financial claims. You are responsible for the content posted from your site.
  • To protect your accounts, the plugin limits how often it posts (a daily limit and a minimum gap between posts). It pauses automatically if Facebook or Instagram asks it to slow down.
  • Your connection keys are stored only on your own WordPress site. You can disconnect at any time from the plugin or from your Facebook or Instagram settings.
  • We may switch off auto-posting for an account that breaks these rules or causes a platform to restrict our service.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoAutoSiteAI is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or rankings changes on your site.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including confirmed free-credit abuse or unauthorized code redistribution. You may stop using the service at any time. No payment renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: each payment covers one month or one year, and you renew yourself from your Billing page if you want to continue.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
