GoAutoSiteAI (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Nahid Reza, based in Bangladesh. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use goautositeai.com and our WordPress plugins, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the suite you select. When you install and connect one of our plugins to your WordPress site, the plugin sends your site’s URL to our servers to activate your license and generate content. When you pay, the payment is handled by our payment partners: Polar for payments in US dollars (card) and SSLCOMMERZ for payments in Bangladesh (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or local card). We receive the payment status, amount and a transaction reference — we never see or store your full card or mobile-banking details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: create and manage your account, generate the content you request through our plugins, process payments and credit your account, send you transactional emails (welcome messages, payment confirmations, plugin update notices), and respond to support requests you send us. To solve a problem you report, or to keep the service safe and working, our support team can view your account and dashboard (your plan, credits, websites and generated content) and correct settings for you. This access is limited to our own staff, is logged, and never includes your password or full card details.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate GoAutoSiteAI: Cloudflare (hosting our servers and database, and creating article images), Anthropic (the AI models that write your articles from the keywords and details you enter), Resend (sending transactional emails), Polar (payments in US dollars by card), and SSLCOMMERZ (payments in Bangladesh by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or local card). Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

4. Data Security

Passwords are stored as irreversible cryptographic hashes, never in plain text. API tokens are stored as hashes and are shown to you in full only once, at creation. Each token is locked to the first WordPress site it is used on, to prevent unauthorized sharing.

5. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and associated data, by emailing support@goautositeai.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies

Our website uses local storage to keep you logged in and to remember your settings (such as language, light/dark mode and currency). With your permission, given through the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure our ads. If you decline, these tools do not set cookies. On our homepage, a small pop-up shows recent activity (for example 'Nahid signed up for the Health Suite') using only your first name, and the country for sign-ins, never your surname, email address or website. Email support@goautositeai.com if you would like to be left out.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
